Praise and scorn are plentiful on social media, and Amazon is as susceptible to that treatment as any business. See some recent tweets about AWS.

More than one million customers rely on Amazon Web Services, which can result in wildly divergent opinions. And social media has become a place to levy criticism or praise about a person, place or business.
We took a look at just a handful of thoughts on Twitter about Amazon Web Services (AWS). While some AWS customers were pleased with their cloud experiences, several offered ways in which Amazon could make improvements. The diverse set of comments ranges from retirement of instances to a comparison to Tom Selleck's moustache.
