AWS customer tweets convey mixed reactions
The AWS cloud has been in operation for 10 years, and its early arrival on the scene resulted in a glut of loyal customers. But those customers have mixed reactions to new AWS features.
- Modern Infrastructure Staff
Amazon Web Services recently celebrated its 10th birthday, a milestone that acknowledges Amazon's early foray into what was once relatively uncharted territory. But public cloud providers are catching up, putting pressure on Amazon to evolve not only with the need of each AWS customer but also with features that competing cloud service providers offer.
With more than one million clients, each AWS customer offers a differing opinion on the cloud provider's new services and features. Some updates are met with acclaim, but another AWS customer might think differently. And AWS has been tasked with meeting and exceeding those diverse needs as it looks forward to its second decade.
We've compiled some recent AWS customer tweets -- some giving the public cloud a thumbs up, while others still see room for improvement.
